What the 10x10 Price Does Not Include

To keep the comparison clean, the standard 10x10 set leaves out anything optional or project-specific: crown molding and decorative trim, cabinet hardware (knobs and pulls), countertops, sinks and faucets, backsplash, flooring, appliances, and installation. Those are easy to add to your quote — they're just not part of the benchmark number.
