Common Questions
How does the $25 refund work?
When you place a cabinet order, the cost of each door sample ($25) is automatically applied as a credit toward your purchase. There's no coupon code needed — just reference your sample order number at checkout or contact us and we'll apply the credit.
How long does shipping take?
Door samples ship free via ground and typically arrive within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your sample ships.
What size is the door sample?
Each sample door measures 12" wide × 15" tall × ¾" thick. It's a real cabinet door panel — large enough to see the full door profile, feel the finish quality, and judge the color in your space's lighting.
Can I order samples in multiple finishes?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Select as many finishes as you'd like. Each is $25 and each is refundable when you purchase cabinets. Comparing finishes side by side in your own lighting is the best way to choose.
Are these the same finishes used on your cabinets?
Yes. Every door sample goes through the exact same 10-step finishing process as our full cabinets — same wood, same stains, same sealers, same topcoat. What you hold is exactly what your kitchen or bathroom will look like.
