5-Year Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of every cabinet we sell. Our 5-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship so you can buy with confidence.
All Quik Cabinets products are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
What's Covered
Covered
- Structural defects in cabinet boxes, face frames, and drawer boxes
- Defective door and drawer front construction (delamination, joint failure)
- Hardware failures — soft-close hinges and drawer glides that malfunction under normal use
- Finish defects — peeling, bubbling, or flaking of factory-applied finishes (not caused by misuse)
- Shipping damage — reported within 30 days of delivery with photo documentation
Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper installation, assembly, or modification
- Damage from moisture, humidity, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaners
- Improper storage (cabinets must be stored in a dry, climate-controlled environment)
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Commercial use (warranty applies to residential use only)
- Labor costs for removal, reinstallation, or any consequential damages
Natural Wood Characteristics
Our cabinets are crafted from real wood, and natural variation is part of what makes each piece unique. The following are inherent characteristics of natural wood and are not considered defects:
- Color variation — subtle differences in color and tone between individual pieces, even within the same order
- Grain patterns — natural variations in grain, including mineral streaks, are a hallmark of genuine wood
- Color change over time — exposure to light and environmental factors may cause gradual mellowing or darkening of wood finishes; this is a natural process
- Minor paint hairlines at joints — painted finishes may develop fine hairlines at door joints due to the natural expansion and contraction of wood with seasonal humidity changes
- Warping tolerance — warping of 1/8" or less per lineal foot is within industry-standard tolerance and is not considered a defect
Because of these natural variations, we strongly recommend ordering a $25 door sample before placing your full order. Screens cannot fully represent the true color and texture of real wood.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe you've received a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Inspect your order within 30 days of delivery Open all boxes and inspect each cabinet and accessory for damage or defects. If you notice damage to the outer packaging at the time of delivery, note it on the driver's paperwork before signing.
- Document the issue with photos Take clear photos showing the defect or damage. Include close-ups and wider shots that show the affected part in context. Photos are required for all claims.
- Contact our support team Email support@quikcabinets.com or call (888) 818-9153 with your order number, a description of the issue, and your photos. We respond within 1 business day.
- We review and resolve Our team will assess the claim and determine the best resolution. In most cases, we ship replacement parts directly to you at no charge — typically within 7–10 business days. You generally do not need to return the damaged item.
Important: Damaged or defective cabinets should not be assembled or installed before your claim is resolved. Assembly or installation of a damaged unit may be considered acceptance of the product.
How We Resolve Claims
Quik Cabinets reserves the right to determine the most effective method to resolve your claim. This may include:
- Replacement parts — we will replace the specific defective component (e.g., a damaged door or drawer front) rather than the entire cabinet when appropriate
- Full unit replacement — if the defect affects the structural integrity of the cabinet, we will replace the entire unit
- Full refund — if we are unable to successfully resolve the issue after reasonable attempts, we will issue a full refund for the affected item
Replacement parts ship at no cost to you. In some cases, replacement parts or finishes may have minor variations due to updates in materials or manufacturing — this is standard across the industry.
Additional Terms
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- This warranty applies to residential use only. Products used in commercial settings are not covered.
- Quik Cabinets does not cover labor costs for removal, reinstallation, transportation, or any incidental or consequential damages.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Quik Cabinets reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to orders already placed. All implied warranties are limited in duration to the period of this warranty to the extent permitted by applicable law. This warranty excludes special, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. Last updated: February 2026.
