Assembly Tips

Our cabinets arrive flat-packed with all hardware included. Most cabinets can be assembled in 20–40 minutes with basic tools.

  • Tools needed: Phillips screwdriver or drill/driver, rubber mallet, wood glue, and a level.

  • Work surface: Use a clean, flat, padded surface to prevent scratches. A moving blanket on the garage floor works great.

  • Read first: Lay out all parts and hardware before starting. Check that nothing is missing or damaged.

  • Glue matters: Apply wood glue to all joints before securing with hardware — it significantly strengthens the final assembly.

  • Square check: After assembling the box, measure corner-to-corner diagonals. Equal measurements mean the box is square.

  • Tall cabinets: Pantry, oven, and tall utility cabinets are heavy — always use a helper for assembly and installation.
