Assembly Instructions
Our all-wood RTA cabinets are designed for straightforward assembly. Find the video for your cabinet type below — most cabinets can be assembled in 15–30 minutes with basic tools.
Base Cabinets
Standard base cabinets are 34.5" tall with a 24" depth. Assembly steps are the same regardless of width — only the number of doors, drawers, and shelves differs.
Single Door Base Cabinet
Standard base with one door and one drawer. Includes soft-close hardware and adjustable shelf.
Applies to: B12, B15, B18, B18TR, B21
Double Door Base Cabinet
Standard base with two doors, one drawer, and adjustable shelf. Same assembly for all widths.
Applies to: B24, B27, B30, B33, B36, B39, B42
Full Height Door Base Cabinet
Full-height door base with no drawer — includes spice pull-out variants. Same box construction as standard bases.
Applies to: BF0924, BF09-PO, BF12-PO
Drawer Base Cabinet
All-drawer base cabinet — same box as a standard base but with 3–4 drawer banks instead of doors. Focus on drawer glide alignment.
Applies to: DB12, DB15, DB18, DB21, DB24, DB27, DB30, DB30-2, DB36
Sink Base Cabinet
Open-top base with false drawer front(s) for plumbing access. Two-door design across all widths.
Applies to: SB24, SB30, SB33, SB36 (1 false drawer) · SB39, SB42 (2 false drawers)
Farmhouse Sink Base Cabinet
Full-height two-door base designed for apron-front farmhouse sinks. Same box assembly as standard sink bases — the only difference is full-height doors without a false drawer front.
Applies to: FS36
Blind Corner Base Cabinet
L-shaped corner base with one accessible door. Requires 3–6" filler strip when placed against a wall.
Applies to: BBC39/42, BBC42/45, BBC45/48
Diagonal Sink Base Cabinet
Angled corner base designed for corner sink installations. Assembly follows the same steps as standard sink bases — the side panels are angled but attach the same way.
Applies to: DSB36, DSB42
Lazy Susan Corner Base Cabinet
Corner base with rotating shelves for easy access. Pay attention to lazy susan tray alignment during assembly.
Applies to: LSB33, LSB36
Microwave Base Cabinet
Base cabinet with open microwave shelf and single drawer. Standard base box with appliance cutout.
Applies to: BMC27
Wall Cabinets
Wall cabinets come in bridge heights (12"–24" tall) and standard heights (30"–42" tall). The box assembly is the same — only dimensions and shelf count differ.
Single Door Wall Cabinet
Standard wall cabinet with one door. Available in 9"–21" widths, bridge and standard heights.
Applies to: W0930–W0942, W1212–W1242, W1512–W1542, W1812–W1842, W2112–W2142 and glass door variants (GD)
Double Door Bridge Wall Cabinet
Short wall cabinets (12"–24" tall) typically installed above ranges, sinks, or refrigerators.
Applies to: W2412–W2424, W2712–W2724, W3012–W3024, W3312–W3324, W3612–W3624, W3912–W3924 and glass door (GD) versions
Double Door Standard Wall Cabinet
Full-height wall cabinets (30"–42" tall) with adjustable shelves. The most common wall cabinet type.
Applies to: W2430–W2442, W2730–W2742, W3030–W3042, W3330–W3342, W3630–W3642, W3930–W3942, W4230–W4242 and glass door (GD) versions
Corner Wall Cabinet
Blind corner and open-end wall cabinets for L-shaped kitchen layouts. Includes diagonal and straight configurations.
Applies to: WBC2730–WBC2742, OE1230–OE1242 and diagonal corner variants
Microwave Wall Cabinet
Wall cabinet with open microwave shelf and doors above. Standard wall box with appliance opening.
Applies to: WM2730, WM2736, WM2742
Wine Rack Wall Cabinet
Wall-mounted wine rack with X-pattern dividers. Pay close attention to divider slot alignment during assembly.

Tall Cabinets
Tall cabinets run from 84" to 96" in height. We recommend a helper for assembly and installation — these are heavy and tall.
Tall Pantry Cabinet
Floor-to-ceiling storage with multiple adjustable shelves. Available in 18" and 24" widths, 84"–96" heights.

Oven Cabinet
Tall cabinet with built-in oven cutout, doors above, and a drawer below. Verify your oven dimensions against the cutout before installation.

Vanity Cabinets
Vanity cabinets are 21" deep (vs 24" for kitchen base cabinets). Assembly is very similar to kitchen bases — just shorter depth.
Vanity Sink Base Cabinet
Standard vanity with false drawer front and two doors for plumbing access. Same concept as kitchen sink bases, shallower 21" depth.

Vanity Drawer Base & Combo Cabinets
Bathroom vanities with drawer banks, door/drawer combos, and knee drawer units. Focus on drawer glide alignment.

Range Hood Cabinets
Decorative wood range hood surrounds that mount between wall cabinets above your range.
Decorative Range Hood Cabinet
Pre-fabricated curved wood range hood surround. Install the vent insert first, then secure the decorative hood shell to the wall and flanking cabinets.

Assembly Tips
Our cabinets arrive flat-packed with all hardware included. Most cabinets can be assembled in 20–40 minutes with basic tools.
Tools needed: Phillips screwdriver or drill/driver, rubber mallet, wood glue, and a level.
Work surface: Use a clean, flat, padded surface to prevent scratches. A moving blanket on the garage floor works great.
Read first: Lay out all parts and hardware before starting. Check that nothing is missing or damaged.
Glue matters: Apply wood glue to all joints before securing with hardware — it significantly strengthens the final assembly.
Square check: After assembling the box, measure corner-to-corner diagonals. Equal measurements mean the box is square.
Tall cabinets: Pantry, oven, and tall utility cabinets are heavy — always use a helper for assembly and installation.
