One flat rate per order — the same whether you're around the corner or across the country. No regional surcharges, no per-box fees, no surprises at checkout. The larger your flat-pack order, the more you save. Most full kitchen orders qualify for free shipping.

How Free Shipping Works
Free shipping applies to flat-pack (RTA) orders of $2,500 or more, shipped within the continental United States. Flat-pack cabinets pack compactly and ship efficiently, which is how we're able to offer free freight on larger orders.
Pre-assembled cabinets ship at a flat $499 regardless of order size. Fully assembled cabinets are bulkier and require specialized freight handling to arrive intact, so they're not eligible for the free-shipping threshold. If keeping shipping costs down matters most, choosing flat-pack for your order is the most economical option.
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
Flat-Pack (RTA) cabinets ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Because freight to these destinations varies with order size and carrier, we provide a custom shipping quote before your order is processed — just contact us with your cabinet list and shipping address. The free-shipping threshold does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii. Pre-Assembled cabinets are not available to Alaska or Hawaii — fully assembled cabinets can't ship safely over these distances, but we're glad to fulfill your order in flat-pack instead.

How Your Order Ships
Cabinet Orders — LTL Freight
All cabinet orders, flat-pack and pre-assembled, ship by LTL (less-than-truckload) freight — the industry standard for safely moving large, heavy items like cabinets.
- Curbside delivery — the freight carrier delivers to the curb or driveway of your address. Drivers are not required to bring items inside your home or garage.
- Appointment scheduling — the carrier contacts you by phone to arrange a delivery window. A signature is required at delivery.
- Pallet-shipped — your cabinets arrive on pallets, shrink-wrapped and secured for protection in transit.
⚠️ Please have help available on delivery day. Cabinet shipments are heavy — a typical kitchen order weighs 800–1,500 lbs across multiple boxes. We recommend 2–3 people on hand to unload from the truck.
Samples & Small Items — Parcel Shipping
Door samples, touch-up kits, and small accessories ship via standard parcel carrier directly to your door. No signature required unless otherwise noted.
Receiving Your Freight Delivery
A little preparation goes a long way. These steps protect you and keep delivery smooth:
- Be present and ready Have 2–3 people available to unload, and clear a path to where the cabinets will be stored. A garage or covered area near the front of the home works best.
- Inspect before signing With the driver present, count the total number of boxes and check for visible damage to the shrink wrap, pallets, or cartons.
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt If you see dents, crushing, holes, or water damage, write a brief description directly on the receipt (e.g., "2 boxes dented, 1 corner crushed") and take photos. This protects your ability to file a claim.
- Open and inspect within 48 hours Once inside, open every box and check for concealed damage. Photograph any issues and contact us right away.
- Report promptly Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you find damage, defects, or missing items. Most issues are resolved with replacement parts shipped at no cost to you.
💡 Pro tip: Don't discard any packaging materials until you've inspected every piece and confirmed your order is complete. You may need original packaging if a return or replacement is required.
Orders With Both Flat-Pack and Pre-Assembled Cabinets
If your order includes both flat-pack and pre-assembled cabinets, the entire order ships together as a single pre-assembled shipment at the flat $499 pre-assembled rate. Because pre-assembled cabinets require specialized freight handling, combining everything into one shipment ensures your order arrives together and protected.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to modify or cancel your order? Here's what to know:
- Before shipment: Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered processing, we can modify or cancel it at no charge.
- During processing: Changes may still be possible but aren't guaranteed once your order is being prepared.
- After shipment: Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for return instructions.
Our flat-pack processing window is 3–5 business days, so reach out as soon as you know you need a change. Email is fastest: support@quikcabinets.com
Delivery Addresses & Requirements
- Residential & commercial addresses accepted. We ship to homes, job sites, and businesses across the continental U.S.
- Address accuracy is critical. Freight re-delivery or address-correction fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- No P.O. Boxes for cabinet orders. Freight carriers require a physical street address. Door samples can ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Limited access locations — if your delivery address has restrictions (narrow streets, gated communities, steep driveways, etc.), please let us know at the time of order so we can coordinate with the carrier.
Common Questions
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link once your order ships. For freight shipments, the carrier will also contact you by phone to schedule your delivery appointment.
How much does each box weigh?
Individual boxes typically weigh between 30–80 lbs depending on the cabinet type and size. Wall cabinets are on the lighter end; base cabinets and tall pantries are heavier. Pre-assembled cabinets ship in larger, heavier cartons.
What if I'm not home during the delivery window?
Freight deliveries require a signature and someone present to receive the shipment. If you miss your appointment, the carrier will attempt to reschedule. Storage fees set by the carrier may apply after a failed delivery and are passed through at cost.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally?
We ship across the continental United States at the flat rates above. For Alaska and Hawaii, flat-pack cabinets are available with a custom freight quote — contact us before ordering and we'll price it for your specific order. Pre-assembled cabinets aren't available to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
What happens if my cabinets arrive damaged?
Note the damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 30 days. We'll ship replacement parts or cabinets at no cost. See our Warranty page for full details on damage claims.
