Where is my order?
Not yet released to the warehouse
Within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancel free of charge, full refund.
In warehouse processing
Your cabinets are being picked and packed. Refund minus a 5% processing fee, or take 100% of your order value as store credit with no fee.
Already shipped
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled and follow our standard return policy. Refusing a delivery at the door is treated as a return and is subject to the 20% restocking fee plus actual round-trip freight costs.
Please note: pre-assembled cabinet orders cannot be cancelled once assembly has begun.
Project delayed rather than cancelled? Ask us about store credit. It holds your full order value for 12 months, costs you nothing, and means you do not have to re-price your kitchen later.
